Key rust prevention measures for cast iron frames
Ground moisture is prone to corrode the cast iron parts of the machine feet. Polish white rust spots with a wire brush every month, apply fast drying anti rust paint (red lead paint is the best), and sprinkle wood chips to absorb moisture before the paint layer dries. Fill the screw holes of the old weaving machine with butter to prevent rust penetration.

Anti electrochemical corrosion of stainless steel parts
Stainless steel nozzles and brackets in contact with carbon steel bolts can cause potential difference corrosion. During installation, use insulating rubber pads to separate dissimilar metals, and remove bolts every quarter to apply molybdenum disulfide paste. If rust spots are found, immediately wipe them with oxalic acid solution and avoid sanding with sandpaper.

Waterproof sealing of guide rail bearings
The guide rail slider is equipped with a pleated dust cover, and both ends are sealed with oil resistant silicone strips.
