• The feeler signal processing is all digital. The signal width and threshold value are displayed graphically in real time, and the adjustment is intuitive and convenient.
• The signal threshold value of each nozzle can be set separately to solve the false detection caused by the large difference in the weft yarn of each nozzle.
• The feeler window of each nozzle can be set separately to adapt to the difference in the weft signal of each nozzle and accurately catch the effective weft signal.

  Integrated full digital electronic dobby
  • The electronic dobby sequence and forbidden zone parameters (C1_ON, C1_OFF, C2_ON, C2_OFF) are set internally via the touch screen, abolishing the two proximity switches on the dobby. It not only saves the hardware cost but also reduces the failure, and the setting and adjustment are convenient to completely avoid the wrong pattern.
