The water jet loom is a common textile machine in the textile industry, but no matter how good the machine is, there will be problems sometimes, so I still have to focus on maintenance in my daily operation. Today we will briefly introduce the fault detection and automatic stop device analysis of the water jet loom.
The water jet loom is equipped with multiple fault detection and self-stop devices to ensure the normal operation of the loom. The left and right sides of the loom stop automatically: they are installed beside the bobbins on both sides of the loom. When the twisted yarn is broken, the yarn guide hook relies on the spring force to make the process contact act to issue a stop command. Brush type process contacts or non-contact switches are usually used, such as reed switches, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, etc. Warp yarn over-tension automatic stop: installed at the left rear of the loom, controlled by the warp loosening arm. When the warp tension is too high, a stop command is issued. Micro limit switches are usually used. The waste silk bobbin automatically stops when the end is broken: it is installed at the rear right side of the loom and controlled by the yarn guide hook. When the waste skeined bobbin yarn is broken, the yarn guide hook acts to issue a stop command. The yarn guide hook type process contact is usually used.
