The control system of the water jet loom is another important part. Water jet looms generally use monolithic electromagnetic brakes. Electromagnetic brakes are divided into two types: single coil and double coil according to the type of coil. In order to ensure sufficient starting torque and working torque of the water jet loom, the main motor belt must have sufficient tension. Usually, a direct pressure type tension meter is used for belt tension detection.
In the 1980s, water jet looms were mainly used for weaving nylon spinning and polyester plain spinning. With the rapid development of synthetic fiber simulation silk processing technology, the limitation of varieties has been greatly broken. With the increase in market demand, the application of water jet looms has become more and more extensive.
