Briefly describe the precautions for long-term shutdown of water jet looms

Due to various reasons: such as shortage of funds, poor turnover; no weft raw materials; lack of spare parts; It takes a long time to shut down (more than a week). In order to ensure that all aspects are normal when restarting and start up smoothly, the following main tasks need to be done and the following matters should be paid attention to:
1. Main work and operation points when the loom is stopped
① When the machine is shut down, first of all, the silk woven on the machine should be dropped off the machine to prevent it from being damp and moldy if it is placed on the machine for a long time.
② Rinse the dross accumulated on the reed and heald with water, and try to clean it as much as possible, so as to lay a good foundation for restarting the machine in the future.
③ Relax the warp tension, take down the heavy hammer, and shake the heald frame into a flush state to prevent the warp from being stretched by the opening for a long time.
④ Put down the water baffle and waterproof cover on the loom.
⑤ Raise the lifting rod of the weft pressing wheel to prevent the weft pressing wheel from being deformed.
⑥ Cut off the power supply of the machine, turn off the water source, pay attention to safety and save energy.
⑦ Take out the circuit control board in the electrical box and store it in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its function.
⑧ If all the looms in a workshop need to be stopped, cut off the main power supply and turn off the main water source, and regularly ventilate and dehumidify to check the situation, and keep the workshop ventilated and dry.
