Does the air jet loom need to be load tested before formal use?

The air-jet loom needs to undergo load testing before formal use for the following reasons:
1. Verify the overall operation status of the machine: Load testing can verify the overall operation of the air-jet loom under close to real production conditions, including whether the nozzle jet, warp feeding, weft insertion, winding, control system, etc. are coordinated and consistent, ensuring that the equipment meets the design requirements.
2. Check the performance of key components: Through load testing, problems such as whether the nozzle is unobstructed, whether the air pressure is stable, whether the tension control is reasonable, and whether the control panel parameters are set correctly can be discovered and adjusted and repaired in a timely manner.
3. Early detection of potential faults: Some hidden problems such as poor contact of electrical components, air leakage, mechanical looseness, etc. are often difficult to expose under no-load conditions, but can be effectively exposed under load conditions, which helps to avoid faults and shutdowns in formal production.
4. Stable process parameter setting: During the testing process, parameters such as jet pressure, speed, tension, etc. can be adjusted according to different yarns, fabric structures, etc., so that the equipment can reach a stable state suitable for actual weaving needs in advance.
5. Help operators familiarize themselves with the equipment: During the load testing phase, operators can familiarize themselves with the operation process, alarm prompts, adjustment methods, and maintenance points of the air-jet loom, preparing for formal production.
