1970s: Restructuring of water jet looms on shuttle looms
1980s: Produced a water jet loom with a box width of 1600mm and a speed of about 300rpmin. Shenyang Textile Machinery Factory and Japan's Nissan Co., Ltd. jointly produce GD761 water jet looms, with an annual output of only about 600 units. Qingdao Yunchun Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. cooperates with Taiwan to produce Jws00 water jet looms, with an annual output of about 1,000 units. .
At the end of the 1990s: In 1998, the total number of domestic water jet looms exceeded the imported number for the first time, reaching more than 2,800.
2. The principle of weft insertion
The water jet loom is a jet loom, which uses water as the weft insertion medium, and generates frictional traction on the weft through the jet of water, so that the weft on the fixed package is introduced into the shed. This makes the water jet loom have advantages in terms of speed, labor saving, and energy saving, but it is limited to weaving hydrophobic fabrics.
3. Variety adaptability
Water jet loom is a kind of high-speed loom commonly used in recent years, but its products are also limited. Many products cannot be produced, but the production efficiency for general interior fabrics is extremely high.
Suitable for the production of high-volume, high-speed, low-cost filament fabrics;
Hydrophobic fiber (polyester, nylon, glass fiber, etc.) fabric processing;
Water jet loom can only be used for narrow or medium fabric processing;
Can be equipped with multi-arm opening, weaving high warp density and small pattern weave fabric;
The weft selection function is poor, and it can only be equipped with two nozzles at most, mixed weft or two-color weft weaving.
