The weft gear and the parking gear are relatively easy to maintain when the gear is turned on. Here we mainly talk about the maintenance method of the hidden gear.
1. First check whether there are obviously bad parts in each part, such as whether the beating-up shaft is loose, whether the rear beam has worn bearings, and whether the warp shaft large plate gear bearings are good or not, and if they are not good, they must be replaced.
2. Check the let-off gearbox and stepless transmission to see if there is a pause. Turn it by hand to see if there is a card feeling. If the conditions are met, please switch the machine from the stop. If the cloth surface of the water jet loom is opened, then repair the replaced parts.
3. Check the take-up gear box and the change gear. (The steps are the same as above) if the change gear is not good, it must be changed.
4. For the power motor, check whether the motor shaft of the water jet loom is in the same center, and the motor does not shake when it is turned on. The motor shakes, the power is unevenly transmitted, and a gear is also generated.
There are many reasons for the formation of the fabric stopper of the water jet loom. It is necessary to find out the reasons patiently. Sometimes it is really difficult to repair, and the only thing is to change the shaft.
